<p>The wear-resistant layer (3) comprises a matrix containing rhenium (1-15 at.%), chromium (25-45 at.%), aluminum (5-15 at.%) and nitrogen (35-55 at.%), where the rhenium is present in the form of a solid solution. The wear-resistant layer contains oxygen and/or carbon in a portion of maximum 5 at.%, and has a layer thickness of 5-70 mu m, a hardness of 12-30 GPa, porosity of 2-15 percentage of area and a residual stress of highly 1.5000 N/mm 2>at room temperature. The wear-resistant layer is present in the form of a multi-layer system, which is composed of a sequence of individual layers.
