PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lip cosmetics applicator successfully applying cosmetics in layers to the lips. SOLUTION: This lip cosmetics applicator 1 includes an application implement 2 for applying the cosmetics 4 to the lips and a container 3 for storing the cosmetics 4. The application implement 2 freely goes into and out from the interior of the container 3 from a mouth part 33 of the container 3. The application implement 2 has an application part 21 for making the cosmetics 4 adhere to the lips and a support shaft 22. The application part 21 is a flat body having a recessed surface 21A where a recess is formed in the center thereof on one surface. The whole area of the exposed surface of the application part 21 is formed smooth only by a curved surface. With the application implement 2 inserted in the container 3, the application part 21 is inclined in relation to the axial direction of the support shaft 22 so that the recessed surface 21A of the application part 21 faces toward the bottom of the container 3.
