PURPOSE: A mode door of a vehicle air-conditioner is provided to reduce the temperature difference of the discharged air by enhancing the air mixing efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A mode door(140) of a vehicle air-conditioner comprises a rotary shaft(141), a plate(142), and a side plate. The rotary shaft is rotatably installed at the inner wall of an air conditioning case(110). The plate is installed at a certain distance from the rotary shaft to control the opening degree of an air outlet(112). The plate has an inward convex shape to enable the cold air passing through an evaporator(101) and the hot air passing through a heater core(102) to intersect. The side plate connects both ends of the plate and the rotary shaft.
