HIGH DENSITY NONWOVENS AND METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME AND ARTIFICIAL LEATHER PREPARED THE SAME

PURPOSE: High density non-woven fabric, a manufacturing method thereof, and artificial leather manufactured thereby are provided to improve tensile strength and specific load while minimizing fiber damage by regularly and smoothly shrinking the fiber with relaxation of the non-woven fabric. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of high density non-woven fabric comprises the following steps: dipping the non-woven fabric which is not high shrink properties fiber in a silicon-based softening agent or a nonionic-based softening aqueous solution; forming the non-woven fabric by treating the fabric in 120-180°C; dipping the non-woven fabric in an organic solvent; and forming the non-woven fabric; forming thermal shrinkage non-woven fabric by compressing the non-woven fabric with a heating drum; and cooling and washing the non-woven fabric with water. The high density non-woven fabric has apparent density of 0.3-0.8g/cm.
