<p>A slide device is provided with first-type rail members (L2,L3) forming spaces (S1,S2) open sideways and extending in a longitudinal direction of the first-type rail members (L2,L3) and second-type rail members (L1,L4) positioned in the spaces (S1,S2). One of the first-type rail members and the second-type rail members movable relative to each other are constructed as movable-side rail members (L1,L3) and the other of the first-type rail members and the second-type rail members are constructed as fixed-side rail members (L2,L4) . The movable-side rail members (L1,L3) are provided on both side parts of slide plates (1A, 1B) which are set to be parallel with each other above a bracket (62).
