PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin molded product which prevents the occurrence of surface sag on the fitting surface of a fitting seat. SOLUTION: Many voids (A) are formed in a door inner panel body 3 excepting a fitting seat 5 and the outer peripheral vicinity part 23 of the fitting seat in the process of solidifying a fiber-containing thermoplastic resin injected and filled in the cavity of a mold by expanding the cavity volume corresponding to the door inner panel main body 3 except for the fitting seat 5 and the outer peripheral vicinity part 23 of the fitting seat and by allowing the fiber-containing thermoplastic resin to expand by the elastic restoring force of fibers. The fitting seat 5 and the outer peripheral vicinity part 23 of the fitting seat are formed into a hard solid state without the voids (A) by not enlarging the cavity volume corresponding to these parts in molding.
