PURPOSE: A blade socket for an air conditioner and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to cut down on price of a blade socket by employing chip resin as material for the blade socket. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a blade socket used for an air conditioner is as follows. A first pipe(11) and a second pipe(12) are combined in an inverse-L shape and then placed in a mold. A synthetic resin is insert-injected in the mold in order to form a blade-shaped molded product(13) surrounding the first and second pipes.
