PORTABLE ROAD BARRIER WITH INTERFITTING BARRIER ELEMENTS

Subject: portable road barrier created by interfitting barrier elements.Constitution: a flattened base 1 being a parallelogram in shape and a conical upwardly extending part 2. The base 1 fills with water through the aperture 3 secured by the cap 4; furthermore, said base is provided with a projection 10 at the one end and a housing of analogous shape at the other end for receiving several barriers assemblable side-by-side. The underside of the lower part of said barrier bears a peripheral parallelogram-shaped support surface 7 being open at its centre. At the interior of the base 1 and at the level of the upper part thereof there is a peripheral rim 8 conducting and limiting, at the same time, the introduction of one barrier into another. Interfitting of several barriers may be performed by engagement of the base 1 of a second barrier into the first one and so on.
