The screwed insert (10) has an external thread (17) arranged outside the insert, and an internal thread (18) i.e. trapezoidal thread, arranged inside the insert. The insert consists of sections, which are joined together in a longitudinal direction. One of the sections is provided with a cylindrical outer mold. Another one of the sections is provided with a conical outer mold and is arranged between the former section and a guide opening to a fastening element (30). The internal thread comprises a reduced inclination than the external thread.
