An L-ascorbyl fatty acid ester-containing preparation comprising (A) an L-ascorbyl fatty acid ester in an amount ranging from 0.5 to 5 mass %, (B) a phytosterol in an amount ranging from 5 to 20 mass %, (C) a tocopherol in an amount ranging from 20 to 94.4 mass % in total, and (D) at least one kind of food emulsifier selected from the group consisting of a glycerin fatty acid ester, a sorbitan fatty acid ester and a propylene glycol fatty acid ester, the at least one kind of food emulsifier being present in an amount ranging from 0.1 to 10 mass %, based on the total mass of the preparation equaling 100%. |
