PURPOSE: A simple apparatus for measuring a wind speed installed on the outside of a window is provided to verify the state of wind cost-effectively using a thin and long ribbon. CONSTITUTION: A ribbon changes the shape of a movement based on the strength of wind. The ribbon is composed of a non-moisture absorbent material. The ribbon is attached on a window frame, a glass surface, or the wall surface of a building using an adhesive tape or a stationary stand. The stationary stand is detachable. |
