Method for multi-dimensional temporal kinematic filtering of radar blips, from antenna tower to antenna tower

The method involves memorizing radar blips detected from antenna towers. The memorized blips are regrouped into subassemblies, where each subassembly is made up by the blips localized in an analysis channel. The subassemblies are classified into multiple groups, where each group includes the blips whose assertion joints have multiple attributes. Value of each attribute, being integrated over the analysis, is checked. The memorized blips are qualified based on definition in the groups, and the qualified blips are selectively transmitted based on the qualification.
