A direct current drive motor includes a stator and a rotor disposed outside the stator, the stator includes a stator core 21, an end insulator 23 and a coil winding 22, and the rotor includes a housing 11, a magnetic yoke shell 12 and multiple magnetic tiles 13, wherein 36 slots are disposed on the stator core, the number of the magnetic tiles is 42, and thus 42 magnetic poles are formed. Cogging torque is effectively reduced and the motor vibrates only slightly and generates little noise, which greatly increases working life of the motor. A Hall sensor is mounted to support 31. The winding comprises three phases, each phase having pairs of adjacent teeth 211 wound in series separated by two teeth pairs carrying the other two phases. Cooling by blades 114 and slots 115 (Fig 5) is disclosed.
