PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent defects on the surface (surface defects) such as grained surfaces/hexagonal patterns on a seamless belt made of polyimide or polyamidoimide for electrophotography, and to obtain a seamless belt made of a smooth and homogeneous polyimide or polyamidoimide film having fillers evenly dispersed without leaving air bubbles. SOLUTION: The seamless belt for electrophotography is made by using at least a filler, a polyimide precursor or a polyamidoimide precursor, an organic polarized solvent, and a coating liquid containing unsaturated carboxylic acid polymer and containing polyimide or polyamidoimide.
