<p>The scanner (100) has a laser scanning unit provided in a front region (115) leading into an oral region. An air delivery device (120) is accommodated at the front region, where pressurized air is locally supplied in the oral region through the air delivery device. A data processing unit is arranged at an outer side the oral region, and stands in connection with the scanner for receiving measured or scanned data from the scanner for computer-aided design (CAD)-based data processing. A control device is connected to the air delivery device for adjusting quantity and/or pressure of air supply.</p> |
