PURPOSE: A writing instrument case is provided, which can facilitate the keeping while reducing damage, and is useful for many sale promotion products because of its simple design. CONSTITUTION: A writing instrument case includes: a top cover(2) of a flat cylindrical shape capable of accepting a fan by penetrating from the top to the lower part; a rotating lever(3) which extended downward perpendicularly after the lower part is reduced so that the inner circumference and outer circumference can be stage-stepped, while the top cover is inserted into the rotating lever; a main body(4) in which a fixing bolt hole is formed; a fan fixing hole in which the bottom of the fan is fixed; a rising and falling part(5) in which a penetration hole is formed; an elastic member(6) pushing the rising and falling part in the upper direction; and a detachment unit(7) increasing the fixed rising and falling part if the rotating lever is returned. |
