PURPOSE: A social relationship based online bulletin board system and a service method thereof are provided to provide the social relation based bulletin board service based on the fixed social relation by setting the social relationship according to social relationship classes between user. CONSTITUTION: A user relation setup unit(100) sets relation classes between user. A relation index management unit(200) sets the relationship index of the first user about the specific notice material. The relationship index management unit reflects the relation class of the first user about the second user more than one people. A posting management unit displays the relationship index of the first user to the first user. A relation combination index management unit(300) calculates the relation combination index about the specific notice material.
