PURPOSE: A continuous variable valve train is provided to simultaneously change the opening time and lift of a valve and to simply control the valve lift by rotating the actuating shaft. CONSTITUTION: A continuous variable valve train comprises a drive cam(200), a driven cam(400), a swing arm(500) and an actuating shaft(600). The drive cam revolves by receiving power from a crank shaft(100). The driven cam is rotated with one side as the rotary shaft by being pressurized with the drive cam and a cam surface(410) for pressing to open or close a valve(300) is formed on the other side of the driven cam. One side of the swing arm is connected to the rotary shaft of the driven cam and the swing arm rotates around the other side. The actuating shaft adjusts the height of one side of the driven cam so that the cam surface contacted with the valve is limited in a high- or lower-lift region regardless of the rotation angle of the driven cam.
