PURPOSE: An apparatus for mounting an exhaust system of a vehicle is provided to locate a hanger unit adjacent to the exhaust system and prevent damage due to the heat of exhaust gas passing through the exhaust system. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for mounting an exhaust system of a vehicle comprises a mounting rod(200) and a hanger unit. A vehicle exhaust system is placed on the mounting rod. The hanger unit is coupled with both ends of the mounting rod and connected to a car body. The hanger unit comprises an elastic member(310) of metal material which is attached to the outer side of the mounting rod and a case which contacts with the exterior of the elastic member and is connected to the car body.
