PURPOSE: A beverage extracting apparatus using capsules is provided to enable a user to easily perform a following operation since capsules are slid and stably discharged along the guide channel of a discharge tray. CONSTITUTION: A beverage extracting apparatus using capsules(C) comprises a main body(10), an extracting unit(30), and a transfer unit(50). The breaking unit(13) of the main body breaks the sealed cover of the capsule. The extracting unit is selectively moved to the main body by a first driving source(M1), pressurizes the capsule to the breaking unit and discharges fluid from the capsule. The transfer unit is moved perpendicularly to the traveling direction of an extracting piston by a second driving source and places the capsule on the breaking unit of the main body.
