PURPOSE: A wrench and a jockey operation bar structure which include a jockey actuating means are provided to reduce production costs by replacing a jockey operating bar which is a basic component with a jockey. CONSTITUTION: A wrench and a jockey operation bar structure which include a jockey actuating means comprise: a wrench(1) which includes a wrench head(2), and a wrench handle(3); and an jockey wherein a screw part(22) is formed in the external circumferential part of the jockey and an operation bar(21) in which a coupling plane(23) of a plate is integrally formed is arranged in the front-end. A pressure plate(4) is formed while the wrench pressurizes the end of the wrench handle to the top and bottom. The wrench forms a fixed hole(5) of a small diameter which passes through the pressure plate to the top and bottom.
