PURPOSE: An acrylic copolymer, a producing method thereof, and a resin composition including thereof are provided to induce a uniform dispersion of nano calcium carbonate for manufacturing a synthetic resin tile, and to improve the function as a binder. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of an acrylic copolymer resin comprises the following steps: mixing 1~30 parts of monomer by weight selected from an alkyl methacrylate monomer, and an alkyl acrylate monomer, and 0~10 parts of vinyl monomer by weight for 100 parts of total monomers for producing the resin by weight to produce a seed latex; and forming a copolymer by polymerizing 10~45 parts of monomer by weight selected from the group consisting of the alkyl methacrylate monomer and the alkyl acrylate monomer, 54~89 parts of methyl methacrylate by weight, and 0~10 parts of vinyl monomer by weight.
