PURPOSE: A patch applying method of each sub system of a kernel and a kernel patch system therefor are provided to control mutual relation between desired real-time performance and a real-time processing amount. CONSTITUTION: An API(Application Program Interface) patch unit(130) patches one or more APIs of a kernel. A sub system patch unit(120) applies an API patched to at least one sub system selected by a user among sub systems of the kernel. A renaming unit(121) renames respective second APIs of the sub systems. A selecting unit(123) selects at least one sub system among the sub systems according to a user selecting signal inputted from the user.
