PURPOSE: A dynamic mobile communication device between nodes and a method thereof are provided to perform mobile communication with reliability through change of communication speed, thereby being provided to be suitable in a mobile environment aiming low power consumption. CONSTITUTION: A packet generator unit(20) generates packet. A storage unit(30) stores a program and predetermined data. A packet analyzing unit(40) analyzes a signature packet of a transceiver unit(10). A communication rate determination unit(50) determines the most suitable communication rate by analysis result data. A communication error determination unit(60) determines communications error in the reception of data packet.
