PURPOSE: A radial radiator and an LED lighting device using the same are provided to emit light backward by representing a light distribution curve with a bat wing form. CONSTITUTION: An LED package(10) comprises a metal board(11) which has a plurality of LEDs(13). A radiator(30) discharge heat generated from the LED package. A screw cap(70) is integrated with the radiator through an insulating member(40). The screw cap applies power to the LED package. A globe(50) is integrated with one side of the radiator to casing-process the LED package. The radiator comprises a cylindrical part with a cylindrical space, a ring-shaped flange part which protrudes in a vertical direction from the lower part of the cylindrical part, a body with a protruding part, and a plurality of radiating pins which radiate conducted heat.
