PURPOSE: A fine notification system and a method thereof are provided to prevent waste of the administrative authority by performing file notification for the violating vehicle and accident through online. CONSTITUTION: A photographing device connects to a terminal, and performs data transmission and reception. The terminal connects to a service server and transmits photographing data. A National Police Agency server(30) returns data about the fine and personal information to a system server(70). A personal information server(40) analyzes the photographing data and returns the personal information to the system server. A bank server(60) performs a process of the fine withdrawal. |
