PURPOSE: A method of controlling a signal lamp is provided to prohibit vehicle form entering into a crossroad in congestion by displaying an additional entering prohibition signal excluding a start signal. CONSTITUTION: A control unit(200) outputs a traffic signal corresponding to a starting signal to another prohibition signal. The control unit informs an entry prohibition signal of a driver. The prohibition of entry signal outputs the traffic signal corresponding to the starting signal in flicking the traffic lamp. The entry prohibition signal is outputted in different color of the start signal. The entry prohibition signal is outputted in different form from the start signal.
