PURPOSE: A cellular phone which embeds RF antenna is provided to conveniently exchange smart chip having each program, thereby conveniently adding other function to function of the cellular phone. CONSTITUTION: An insertion unit has predetermined shape in center part of lower surface of cellular phone. The insertion method is formed for insertion of a smart chip for smart card function. A plurality of electrode terminals is formed inside of the insertion method. A plurality of electrode terminals is connected with the smart card and the circuit board of the cellular phone. A local wireless antenna is connected to two electrode terminals among a plurality of electrode terminals. A local wireless antenna is formed inside of the cellular phone.
