RESTART ERROR PREVENTION METHOD AFTER HYBRID CONTROL UNIT'SHUTOFF

PURPOSE: A method for preventing a restart error after a shut off of a hybrid vehicle controller is provided to normally move HCU software by deciding that a reset cause disappears when the software operates normally and to enable a user to request A/S by sensing malfunction from a cluster or a diagnostic device when the software does not operate normally. CONSTITUTION: A method for preventing restart error after a shut off of a hybrid vehicle controller comprises the following steps: calling a malfunction following log when CPU is reset after a HCU shut off; storing a reset error cause in ROM before the CPU reset and a storage variable in the ROM before the reset; determining whether HCU software observes a sequence according to a token flow after the reset or not; restarting the HCU software and displaying an error signal to a cluster after stopping the operation of the HCU software according to the determined result.
