PURPOSE: A cylinder head of a vehicle engine is provided to reduce noises and improve endurance by preventing contact between rocker arms and a cam cap when the rocker arms rotates around a rock arm shaft. CONSTITUTION: Induction ports(34,36) and exhaust ports(35,37) are arranged symmetrical about a reference line dividing a combustion chamber. Rocker arms with intake valves are installed in the symmetrical intake ports and rotate in the opposite direction around a rocker arm shaft to open the intake ports. Rocker arms with exhaust valves are installed in the symmetrical exhaust ports and rotate in the opposite direction around a rocker arm shaft to open the exhaust ports. A connection member is coupled with a cylinder head(3) and connected to a catalytic device purifying the exhaust gas.
