CONSTITUTION: The first control unit(201) receives the first command from a host(121). The first control unit stores the first command in the first command queue. The first control unit transmits the first command to the second control unit(202) corresponding to the first command. The second control unit receives the first command from the first control unit. The second control unit stores the first command in the second command queue. The second control unit transmits the first command to a flash memory(240).
