PURPOSE: An apparatus for separating clay lump from clayish excavating soil is provided to solve environmental contamination which is generated by taking the clayish excavating soil out during all kinds of excavation constructions. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for separating clay lump from clayish excavating soil comprises: a mesh screen conveyor; a holler(7) for inputting the clayish excavating soil which is installed on the upper part of the mesh screen conveyor; a suite(8) for the clay which is included on the lower part of the mesh screen conveyor and contains the clay passing through the mesh; and a clay lump suite(5) containing clay lump which is separated from the clay.
