PURPOSE: An internal access instrument is provided to secure reliable transmission of external force by forming a striking unit on a second handle of a second tool. CONSTITUTION: A first tool(110) has a tube and a first handle(111). The first handle is combined with one side of the tube. A second tool(120) has a bar and a second handle(121). The bar is received inside the tube of the first tool. The second handle is received inside the first handle. The second tool is combined with the first tool. At least one protrusion(c) is formed on one of the first handle and the second handle. At least one coupling hole is formed on the other of the first handle and the second handle.
