PURPOSE: A cylinder head assembly is provided to reduce the intensity of vibration, which is generated by the injector and transmitted to the cylinder head, by absorbing noise through a sound absorption material formed around the injector and through a rubber gasket installed between the injector and the cylinder head. CONSTITUTION: A cylinder head assembly comprises a first wall, a second wall, a cylinder head cover(50), a rubber gasket, and an injector cover(70). The first wall comprises a boss with an accommodating groove in which an injector is inserted and a bolt hole which is formed adjacent to the boss. The second wall is extended in the left-and-right direction of the first wall and supports the first wall. The cylinder head cover comprises a through-hole opening the surrounding of the boss and a bolt hole. The rubber gasket shuts the through-hole while covering the cylinder head. The injector cover comprises a sound absorption part(72) which is installed on the top of the cylinder head cover and embedded with the injector and a cover part(74) surrounding the top of the sound absorption part.
