PURPOSE: An organic photoelectron device is provided to improve current efficiency of a light emitting device by including an intermediate layer containing the mixture of a polymer and an organic molecule. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(110) is provided. An active layer(150) is formed on the first electrode. A second intermediate layer(190) is formed on the active layer inserted between the first electrode and the second intermediate layer. A second electrode is formed on the second intermediate layer inserted between the active layer and the second electrode. The second intermediate layer is made of a second mixture including a second polymer and at least one second organic molecule.
