PURPOSE: A magnet core manufacturing method and an ignition coil using the same are provided to assembly ignition coils according to the length of the ignition coil. CONSTITUTION: A magnet core manufacturing method comprises: a step of manufacturing a soft magnetic material with magnetism using soft magnetic powder metallurgy having the propriety particle size; a step of mixing necessary components other powdery material to manufacture the magnet core; a step of performing a sintering process about the magnetism powder metallurgy held with the each other mixed other powdery material; a step of manufacturing a sintered material with the magnet core shape; and a step of matching the hardness of the magnet core and density and intensity and the mixing ratio pitches.
