PURPOSE: A multiple distributed feedback laser device is provided to consecutively steadily launch a first light source and a second light source of a mutual coherent property by consecutively arranging an active layer on a substrate of a first distributed feedback, a modulation and second distributed feedback domains. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(100) includes a first distributed feedback domain, a modulation domain and a second distributed feedback domain. An active layer(106) is formed on the substrate including the first distributed feedback domain, the modulation domain and the second distributed feedback domain. A first diffraction grating(112a) is coupled with the active layer of the first distributed feedback domain. A second diffraction grating(112b) is coupled with the active layer of the second distributed feedback domain. A first and a second micro heaters(136a,136b) supply a heating to the first and second diffraction gratings respectively. The first and the second micro heaters are independently controlled each other.
