PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring the abrasion properties of hot press molding is provided to recognize the abrasion properties on an actual mold material since some conditions similar to actual hot press processes, such as heating, air cooling and the contact with a mold are added. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for measuring the abrasion properties of hot press molding comprises a heating part(120), a pressing part(130), and a abrasion introducing part(140). The heating part heats the abrasion introducing part having the same physical property to a molded object at the temperature of the molded object in hot press forming. The mold material manufactured with an actual mold is installed at the pressing part. The pressing part presses the abrasion introducing part of the mold material to cause the abrasion of the mold material. An abrasion introducing part placing member(141) on which the abrasion introducing member is put is prepared for the abrasion introducing part. The abrasion introducing part placing member causes the abrasion of the mold material in the state the mold material makes contact with the abrasion introducing part by the pressing part.
