PURPOSE: A rotating cooling fan is provided to perform cooling function for all outdoor spaces by 360 degree rotating. CONSTITUTION: A rotating cooling fan comprises a rotary body, and a blade. The rotary body rotates 360-degree. The cooling of the dead space is possible by the rotation of the rotary body. The rotating cooling fan is able to cool the indoor uniformly. The blade is fixed to the rotary body and rotates. The direction of wind is able to be controlled using the blade.
