APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT OF POSTAL DELIVERY OPERATION

PURPOSE: A folding task outcome management system and a method are provided to use information on a return mail collection rate and measure main folding task performance of a postman. CONSTITUTION: An information registering unit(100) registers scan visual information. The scan visual information scans tags attached to each post box and is obtained. A mail delivery productivity manager(250) calculates time spent for delivery work of a postman based on the scan time information. The mail delivery productivity manager calculates normal time which is spent for delivery work of the postman. The mail delivery productivity manager measures delivery folding task achievement of the postman.
