PURPOSE: A pneumatic radial tire for a heavy load with an asymmetric pattern is provided to be stably rotated with high-speed by strongly supporting ground contact pressure, and to prevent ribs from being irregularly worn away. CONSTITUTION: A pneumatic radial tire for a heavy load with an asymmetric pattern comprises a center rib(RB3), a first groove(GV1), a second groove(GV2), a third groove(GV3), and a fourth groove(GV4). The center rib is formed along the center line of a thread. The first groove divides a rib into an inside shoulder rib(RB1) and an inside side rib(RB2). The second groove is formed between the center rib and the inside side rib in a zigzag shape. The fourth groove divides the rib into an outside side rib(RB4) and an outside shoulder rib(RB5). The third groove is formed between the center rib and the outside side rib.
