PURPOSE: A shading apparatus is provided, which can enhance benefit of a space and improve convenience or durability of use. CONSTITUTION: A shading apparatus comprises: a surface fixture(10); an opening/closing cover platform(30) in which a direction setting member is equipped in the exterior end part in which the support of the surface fixture is inserted; an opening/closing cover(20) installed in one end of the opening/closing cover platform in a hung shape; and an opening and closing member(40) which selectively folds or spreads the opening/closing cover. |
