PURPOSE: A method for controlling the temperature of a heating mat is provided to enable a user to easily sleep well by stopping the operation of a mat unit for a certain time after increasing the temperature of the mat unit, thereby preventing the noise of a circulating pump. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling the temperature of a heating mat comprises following steps. The heating intensity of a heating unit is maintained for a first time more highly than the heating intensity of the heating unit during normal operation(S210). After the first time passes, the operation of the heating unit is stopped for a second time(S220). After the second time passes, the heating unit is operated by controlling the heating intensity for a third time up to sleeping temperature(S230). |
