PURPOSE: A device and a method for transmitting multi antenna system are provided to control a power assigned to a user data in use of BTHP(Block Tomlinson-Harashima Precoder) and ML(Maximum Likelihood) receiving method in a MIMO(Multi Input Multi Output), thereby improving the average error function of a system. CONSTITUTION: A linear encoder(120) outputs transmission data by user through non-linear type of linear encoder. A power allocation control unit(130) assigns power data by user and data of the linear encoder. A channel dividing filter(140) respectively multiplies a filter value to the data by a user. The power allocation control unit respectively assigns calculates power allocation variable to the data by a user.
