PURPOSE: A cooling jacket, a cooling unit, a cooling system and an electronic device are provided to easily catch bubble from a refrigerant channel. CONSTITUTION: A cooling jacket comprises a fluid channel member. A cooled component(70b) contacts with at least a part of the cooling jacket and the refrigerant passes through fluid channel members(12a,12b) to cool the component. The fluid channel members comprise an area(12a2) with a cross-sectional area wider than other areas of the cooling jacket. A protrusion(15a) is formed at the downstream of the area with a wider cross-sectional area. The protrusion is formed at the inner wall of the top of the fluid channel member. The protrusion is formed at the location facing the component.
