PURPOSE: A plate assembly for a vehicle is provided to allow oil to flow inside an oil pipe without an oil supply pipe by forming the oil pipe on one side of a plate so that the oil pipe guides the flow of oil. CONSTITUTION: A plate assembly for a vehicle comprises a plate(22), an oil pipe(30), and a regulator valve. The plate is installed on the lower part of the cylinder block. The oil pipe is integrated with the plate inside and is formed with an inlet(32) connected to an oil pump for applying oil pressure and an outlet(34) for discharging the oil. The regulator valve is formed inside the oil pipe and controls the pressure of the oil. In the oil pipe, an oil outlet is formed to discharge the oil when the pressure increases within the oil pipe. The regulator valve is installed to be contiguous to the oil outlet.
