TUNNELING-BASED MOBILITY SUPPORT EQUIPMENT AND METHOD

PURPOSE: A device and a method for supporting mobility based on a tunneling are provided to perform functions necessary for supporting mobility service in a plurality of end router, thereby alleviating the burden of mobility support server. CONSTITUTION: A mobility support device(230) comprises a plurality of mobility support servers and a plurality of end routers(234a,234b,234c). A load balancer(236) controls a load between a plurality of mobility support servers. If a terminal transmits tunnel generation request message, the load balance device selects one server from a plurality of support servers. A selected mobility support server provides a mobility service to the terminal.
