PURPOSE: A motor reinforcing structure for a hybrid vehicle is provided to reduce vibration and noise when a motor is operated by increasing supporting force of bobbins. CONSTITUTION: A motor reinforcing structure for a hybrid vehicle comprises bobbins(4), and connection flanges(4a). The bobbin is formed in a conical shape. One end of the bobbin is installed to a stator core(3a) and is supported. The connection flange is integrally formed in the other end of the bobbin. The connection flanges are integrally connected each other using an adhesive. The connection flange respectively includes an upward connection flange and downward connection flange(4b). The bobbin is formed to the conical shape.
