ECO-FRIENDLY IMPREGNATION WITH WATERBORNE POLYURETHANE FOR ARTIFICIAL LEATHER AND ARTIFICIAL LEATHER USING IT

摘要

PURPOSE: An impregnation curing agent for environmentally-friendly artificial leather containing waterborne polyurethanes and the artificial leather using the same are provided to improve alkali resistant and color fastness, and to improve mechanical property of the artificial leather with polycarbonate diol. CONSTITUTION: An impregnation curing agent for environmentally-friendly artificial leather contains polyol inclduing mixed diol consisting of polycarbonatediol(PCD) 40-100 weight% and polytetramethylene glycol 0-60 weight% and organic functions diol selected from dimethyol butanoic acid or dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA) and waterborne polyurethane produced by condensation reaction. The artificial leather is manufactured by surface-processing and a dyeing-process.
