PURPOSE: An operation guiding device of a switch for operating car devices is provided to operate a switch through sound guideline although a user does not know the location of the switch due to the darkness of a vehicle interior. CONSTITUTION: An operation guiding device of a switch for operating car devices comprises a system operating switch(11), a position sensor(12), a car device controlling apparatus(13), and an alarm sound generator(18). The system operating switch operates the car device controlling apparatus. When a driver's finger approaches to a switch for operating the car device, the position sensor detects the location of the finger. The car device controlling apparatus comprises a position sensor controller(14) and an alarm sound controller(15). The position sensor controller calculates position coordinates from the position detection signals of the position sensor. The alarm sound controller converts the position coordinates into alarm sound signals based on sound map.
